The registration process requires a valid mobile number, a working email address, and your full legal name. Providing false information — whether at registration or during any subsequent verification — constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

Each individual may hold only one 788game account. The platform monitors accounts for overlap by name, contact details, device, IP address, and payment method. If duplicate accounts are identified, 788game reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, withhold balances pending investigation, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone — including 788game staff, who will never ask for your password. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately. All funds on such accounts will be frozen pending investigation and may be returned to the source payment method after verification. No winnings will be paid from underage accounts under any circumstances.

Placing a bet or participating in any game on 788game constitutes acceptance of the specific rules for that game or sport as published within the platform. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 788game.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been placed, except where the specific game or market rules explicitly provide for a void or cancellation scenario.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game and market. These are displayed at the point of betting and must be respected.
• 788game reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or human mistake, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or other event disruption, cricket and sports bets will be settled according to the published sporting rules for that market.
• Live dealer game outcomes are final once the dealer has announced the result and the round has closed. No claims against settled live dealer outcomes will be entertained unless a verifiable technical fault is reported within 24 hours.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on 788game. Engaging in any of the actions below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent banning from the platform. Where appropriate, 788game will report such conduct to relevant authorities.

• Fraud or misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for funds already received as winnings or valid deposits. Accounts associated with chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.
• Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform software to generate unfair outcomes or extract funds.

788game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these terms, suspicious activity, incomplete KYC, legal or regulatory requirements, or responsible gaming concerns. Before closure, any real money balance must be withdrawn and any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes. Accounts subject to open withdrawal requests or active KYC procedures cannot be closed until those processes are complete.

An account that has had no login, deposit, or bet activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of Rs 200 may be deducted from the dormant account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. 788game will make reasonable attempts to notify the Member by email before dormancy fees begin.

All content on 788game — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, and trademarks — is the property of 788game or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any 788game content without prior written consent. Screen captures, recordings, or data scraping of the 788game platform for commercial use are prohibited. Third-party game content is governed by the intellectual property terms of the respective game provider.

788game provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous availability and accurate odds, 788game cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and accepts no liability for losses arising from:

In all cases where 788game is found liable, the maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.
